Darcy has over 27 years of experience in engineering consulting and project management. He is involved principally as a municipal engineer while also focusing on water and wastewater, transportation and land development.

Michael is a structural engineer with over 18 years of experience in preliminary and detailed design, project management, construction review, and contract administration for a wide range of structural projects across multiple industries.

Mark has over 20 years of experience as a civil engineer. He has served in project risk management, project management, leading design, and coordination capacities on numerous multidisciplinary projects.

Matt is a professional geoscientist with over 15 years of experience in environmental consulting and has extensive experience at managing contaminated site management programs.

Becca Hulse is a project management professional with over 18 years of experience. Her role includes managing healthcare infrastructure design projects, industrial facility new builds and expansions as well as environmental studies and energy transitions studies related to renewable energy projects.
David Inglis

David has over 14 years of experience as a mechanical engineering consultant specializing in high-performance building design. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience with a diverse range of mechanical systems as well as building types and usages.

Stacie Kalyn
Environmental Scientist – Vancouver
Stacie has over 20 years of environmental and research experience as a biologist. She specializes in biophysical assessments and wildlife studies, including breeding bird and wildlife inventories, fisheries and aquatic health assessments, and the development of surface water quality programs.
Dennis Kar
Discipline Lead, Integrated Mobility Services – Toronto – North York
Dennis has over 24 years of experience in multi-disciplinary transportation projects and leads Dillon’s Integrated Mobility Service Line. His expertise is in transit planning, multi-modal transportation planning and mobility management.

Paddy has over 20 years of experience in municipal planning and is Dillon’s Planning and Design Lead.
