Designing, building, and maintaining facilities and systems have been an integral part of Dillon’s business for over 75 years. From the planning and design stages through construction, our team develops unique solutions to meet our clients’ needs.

Our knowledge of project planning, necessary approvals, and working with regulators and stakeholders helps our clients to move projects from the initial conceptual planning through to completion.

In 2023, Dillon acquired Internat Energy Solutions Canada (IESC), a Canadian engineering consulting firm specializing in energy management, renewable energy systems, and decarbonization strategies.

• Facility condition assessments including arc flash/short circuit studies, operational documentation, feasibility studies, needs assessments, code reviews, and fire and life safety systems.

• Developing data partnerships utilizing reality capture, GIS, and data analytics technologies and enhancing operational efficiency by staying informed about cutting-edge technologies and understanding specific business requirements.
