Scholarships
We believe in the importance of providing opportunities to students to start their professional journeys, and we’re proud to provide that support through Dillon’s Scholarship program.
Our annual scholarships reflect commitments with industry and institutional associations, including EngiQueers Canada. We also support scholarships through our retirement program, and the University of Toronto Sean Salvatori Scholarship.
Sean Salvatori Scholarship
Sean Salvatori (1967-2015), a University of Toronto alum and Partner at Dillon Consulting Limited, was a dedicated geologist known for his passion for the outdoors and support for others.
In his memory, we are honoured to offer a $5,000 scholarship to a University of Toronto student studying hydrogeology or civil engineering, with a preference for groundwater/surface water specializations.
Western University Graduate Scholarship
Awarded for outstanding achievement and strong alignment with our corporate values, this is not just a scholarship, but an offer to start your career with Dillon.
We provide a one-time $5,000 scholarship and an offer of full-time employment to a civil engineering graduate, plus up to two one-time $2,000 scholarships to new graduates of Western University.
EngiQueers Canada Graduate Scholarship
Open to graduating members of EngiQueers Canada across all engineering disciplines, this scholarship recognizes students that exemplify leadership, inclusivity, and community impact.
We provide a one-time $7,500 scholarship and an offer of full-time employment at Dillon, plus up to two additional one-time $2,000 scholarships.
