Lindsay is a civil engineer with over 15 years of experience in structural engineering including structural design, construction supervision and administration, structural inspections, preparation/review of project drawings, and cost/quantity estimation. She has been involved in all phases of structural projects, including preliminary design, detail design, and construction administration. She has technical writing experience in preparing project specifications, assessments, and design reports. Her design experience includes buildings, offshore and marine structures, bridges, industrial facilities, and third-party verification. She is registered as a Professional Engineer in Newfoundland and Labrador, Ontario, and Manitoba.
