Bander is a Water/Wastewater Engineer with over 17 years of experience in the industry. Bander's responsibilities include planning, designing, construction management, and commissioning of various water and wastewater treatment assignments.

Geoff has over 22 years of experience in providing guidance to engineering and construction teams to proactively make sure that their work incorporates appropriate measures to meet applicable environmental standards and help clients manage schedule risk.

Jane is an experienced Board Director, Management Consultant, and former Utility Executive. She brings significant experience in corporate strategy and implementing large scale transformational change, as well as governance of complex organizations, through her work as a Partner at a major global consulting firm, where she was also a member of the Management Committee and Board.

Bill has over 30 years of experience in all types of infrastructure projects including water and wastewater treatment and delivery, landfill expansions, facility development and infrastructure planning design and construction. He has managed and completed complex and contentious environmental assessments for all types of infrastructure, including landfill/solid waste, water supply, wastewater conveyance and treatment, roads and stormwater.

David has over five years of experience in structural engineering. He has been involved in the preliminary and detailed design of large transportation and infrastructure structures. He is predominantly experienced in projects involving the replacement of bridge structures, bridge rehabilitations, condition assessments and structural load rating studies, structural culvert replacements including cast-in-place concrete box structures, precast concrete box structures and CSP/SPCSP pipes and arches, pedestrian and cyclist underpasses and rehabilitation and design of overhead sign support structures. 

Lori is a waste management engineer and project manager with over 20 years of environmental and engineering experience in waste reduction, recycling, policy, planning and more recently circular economy related projects across Canada. She is a Dillon senior team member of solid waste management master plans, strategies, reviews, and feasibility studies for the public and private sectors.

Lindsay is a civil engineer with over 15 years of experience in structural engineering including structural design, construction supervision and administration, structural inspections, preparation/review of project drawings, and cost/quantity estimation.

Rebecca has over 10 years of experience in environmental engineering. Her diverse project experience includes environmental site assessment and remediation, remedial design, decommissioning industrial and commercial facilities, building demolition, solid waste studies and waste diversion strategies. Rebecca has managed and provided technical expertise on projects in Nova Scotia and across Canada for a wide variety of private and public sector clients, including, federal, provincial and municipal government departments. 

Lucas Arnold is a professional engineer with over 11 years of consulting experience. Lucas has worked on numerous noise and vibration projects in land use compatibility assessments, expert peer reviews, acoustic assessment reports in support of EASRs, ECAs, and REAs, noise abatement action plan development, acoustic audits, transportation assessments (road, rail, and airplane), architectural acoustics, building design services, and construction noise and vibration impact assessments. In addition to his technical role, Lucas is the Operational Team Manager (OTM) for the Environmental Management and Atmospheric Services (EMAS) team in Ontario, and the Account Manager (AM) for Ontario Manufacturing under Environmental Management.

Parrish has over nine years of experience in environmental engineering. He has provided hydrogeological services to government, industry, resource and real estate sectors. He has extensive field, technical and project management experience in hydrogeology relating to water exploration; groundwater modeling and wellfield development; wellfield protection; water supply source assessment and capacity analysis; hydraulic testing, design, completion and analysis; well design and construction; and contaminant fate and transport.

Jeff is a transportation planner with over 7 years of experience working on a variety of multi-modal transportation planning projects across Canada and abroad. He is experienced in pedestrian and cycling planning and facility design and regularly contributes an active transportation perspective to multi-disciplinary urban design, engineering and planning studies.

Aakash is a Water Resources Engineer with over eight years of experience in the consulting industry. He has been involved in a broad range of projects in the water resources field.

Rory has nearly 24 years of experience in land use planning, strategic planning, and management consulting. His experience includes leadership over numerous community/regional plans and strategies, service delivery reviews, and institutional strengthening/capacity building for government agencies. In addition to his cross-Canada projects, he has worked internationally in Latvia and the Caribbean on Dillon projects.

Matt has worked in the consulting engineering industry in Halifax for over seven years with a focus on water and wastewater treatment process design and construction administration.

Kristin has 15 years of experience working in the public and private sectors in Atlantic Canada in environmental assessment field. Her experience has included completing Provincial Environmental Impact Assessments and federal environmental screenings aligned with the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act 2012 s.67 for projects ranging from port modernization projects to wind farms. 

Tyler has over 30 years of experience as an environmental consultant in Canada, specializing in environmental assessments and remediation in cold climates. He is a respected leader, having held senior management roles in some of Canada’s largest engineering and energy corporations and is distinguished and highly regarded as a recipient of multiple industry awards and recognitions.

Rhiana is a Professional Licensee (Engineering) and an Associate with over 17 years’ experience in transportation infrastructure projects across Canada. Rhiana's focus over the years has been on new and rehabilitation projects for Bridges and the civil infrastructure associated with bridge design from conceptual, preliminary, detailed design and tender preparation including drawings and specifications.

Tyler has over 30 years of experience with design, drafting and construction administration. He has managed a diverse selection of civil infrastructure projects in Atlantic Canada. He is also an accomplished design draftsman producing municipal and structural drawings. He specializes in building science design and is extremely knowledgeable in architectural systems and details.

Nanci is a project manager and environmental engineering technologist with over 12 years of experience in contaminated site assessment, remediation and risk management, landfill monitoring, noise control monitoring, and environmental compliance.

Jeff Benjamin is a GIS specialist with over 11 years of consulting experience supporting projects in New Brunswick and across Canada. He has worked on a variety of environmental management, planning, and risk assessment projects including; constraints analysis and site selections, environmental impact assessments, environmental protection and monitoring plans, and environmental site assessments.

Al has over 12 years of experience in ecology working on both public and private sector projects. He leads and coordinates environmental planning projects that require interaction and approval from conservation authorities, Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, and Department of Fisheries and Oceans. These projects include environmental impact studies, environmental assessments, species at risk applications, Fisheries Act reviews, low impact development reviews, and other environmental requirements needed for a successful development.

Jeannie is a solid waste management specialist with a focus on waste diversion, waste minimization and circular economy. She has over 13 years of experience in the industry, with experience covering a broad range of projects from solid waste systems assessment, solid waste management system planning, market research, advanced processing technology reviews and cost forecasting for industrial, municipal, and First Nations clients across Canada.

Jason has 19 years of experience in landscape architecture. His areas of expertise include commercial and institutional land developments, municipal parks, streetscapes, as well as urban and community spaces. Jason is proficient in a wide range of landscape architecture skills including project management, conceptual and detailed design development, contract preparation, and construction contract administration.

Andy has over 36 years of experience in environmental science and risk management throughout Atlantic Canada. He provides overall program management and leadership as a senior hydrogeologist and technical advisor/reviewer for both groundwater supply development projects and contaminated sites management programs. He also provides hydrogeological analysis and interpretation on complex sites, and technical advice and review of site investigation, environmental impact assessment, risk assessment and remediation projects for a wide range of sites and clients. He has been directly involved in the onshore oil and gas, renewable energy and mining industries. He is an officer and past director of Dillon.

Cory Blaquiere is a Landscape Architect and ISA Certified Arborist with over 15 years of experience in various sectors of the industry, including parks and open spaces, municipal plazas, private and public residential and commercial developments, and cemeteries.
