The application asks us to describe the problem we are facing. Can you provide more clarity around this request?
We at Dillon are problem solvers. We want to hear about the issues you are facing even if you have not devised a solution for them yet. We are eager and willing to work with you on these types of projects by creating a project plan and delivering work to address your problem.
With that said, we are also very open to hearing about problems that you already have mapped out direction to a solution or a project plan for. If you have a problem and a solution mapped out, please don’t hesitate to include the details of both. We will review and weight both types of applications equally.
Where can we submit questions and is there a deadline for submitting questions?
Any questions about the Campaign or the pro bono service application can be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. Questions will be accepted until March 5th and 11:59 pm EST.
Can an organization that does not have not-for-profit status apply for Dillon’s pro bono services?
Applications from organizations that do not have not-for-profit status will be considered and evaluated as long as the project being considered or problem being solved does not provide a financial benefit to a for-profit organization and the benefits are directed at a community in need.
