We are pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Hanlon as CEO of Dillon Consulting Inc. and Dillon Consulting Limited effective March 1, 2020.

Our current CEO, Terry Boutilier, will remain in place as planned until February 29, 2020.  Throughout the remainder of January and February the detailed planning of the transition will be finalized including the support roles that Terry may play to assist Sean in transitioning into his new role.

Sean is a chemical engineer with over 28 years of industry experience.  He joined Dillon in 2002 and was instrumental in growing the business portfolio by developing and fostering strong client relationships, focusing on customer service and building the team around him to deliver continued success.  Sean has progressed rapidly within the firm by becoming a Partner in 2007, taking on the leadership role of the Environmental Sciences group in 2014 and serving as a member of the Dillon Board for over nine years.  Sean first accepted the role as Interim-President in April 2018 and in January 2019 he was appointed President of DCI and DCL where he successfully led the organization through an intense time of change and transition while leading improved performance and unleashing significant growth across Canada.

He has been recognized for his abilities to lead and communicate respectfully and honestly, and to engage directly and inspire stakeholders.  Sean brings an exceptional work ethic, strong personal motivation, commitment and the necessary leadership to continue to move the organization forward to achieve its desired goals.  We look forward to Sean taking on this new leadership role as CEO.

We would like to thank Terry for his service to Dillon during his term in the CEO role.  His leadership and contribution over this period of change and growth is very much appreciated.
