Proud to receive a Brownie Award for the second consecutive year - recognition which speaks to our dedication to the rehabilitation of brownfield sites and contribution to the growth of healthy communities across Canada.
Pier 8 is a key area of Hamilton’s strategy for broader redevelopment of the West Harbour. Working collaboratively with the City of Hamilton, we completed the necessary phased Environmental Site Assessments, Human Health and Ecological Risk Assessment and Risk Management plans to comply with the requirements of the brownfields Regulation.
Residents and visitors can look forward to witnessing the transformation of the waterfront into a vibrant, mixed-use transit supportive and pedestrian-friendly community in years to come. So honoured to have been a part of this transformation that will provide a long- term, stable source of sustainable revenue to the City of Hamilton.
