Richard Fitzgerald is an independent director with extensive experience in growing companies while driving change as needed. He has overseen business operations where he simplified core business models, initiated development of first stage planning, fostered organic growth and led innovation. He is currently the Chairman of the Board.

Terry Boutilier has 34 years of experience as an engineering consultant. He has led Dillon’s infrastructure contractor business line and is currently the Interim-CEO.

Sean Hanlon has 27 years of consulting and industry experience. He has led Dillon’s environmental sciences and planning and design groups and is currently the Interim-President.

Nicole Caza has over 19 years of experience as a municipal engineer. She has extensive experience in contract administration and project management for multi-disciplinary projects.

Dennis Heinrichs has 28 years of experience as a professional engineer with both consulting and direct industry experience. Dennis leads Dillon's resource, industry and real estate client groups. |

Sarah Devereaux has over 24 years of experience as a civil engineer. She is the sub-sector lead for federal government clients.

Kimberley Marshall is an independent director with over 36 years of experience. She has extensive experience in financial planning, government relations, stakeholder engagement and risk management. |

Jeff Matthews has 30 years of experience managing major transportation infrastructure projects. He is the technical leader for the engineering group and director, technical risk.

Flavio Forest has over 32 years of varied engineering experience in infrastructure management, planning and design. He has completed functional and detailed design and contract administration for various municipal infrastructure projects. |

Bill Ross is an independent director with 38 years of experience. He has extensive experience with risk management, finance and investment analysis, strategic planning and performance management.
