Matthew has over 20 years of progressive experience leading operations, business development, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) across the oil & gas, manufacturing, and aquaculture industries. Throughout his career, he has focused on building strong teams, driving revenue growth, sharpening operational efficiency, successful M&A transactions, and steering complex programs from start to finish. He holds both a BASc and an MBA.
