Rory has over 13 years of consulting experience in the field of civil infrastructure. His experience includes water supply and distribution networks, wastewater collection systems, municipal roads, site development projects and asset management planning. Rory routinely works with municipalities to prioritize infrastructure improvements and identify short and long-term system upgrades along with external funding mechanisms that allow his clients to achieve growth in harmony with their goals and municipal plans. Rory is the technical service lead for civil infrastructure at Dillon.
