Bio

Geoff has over 21 years of experience in providing guidance to engineering and construction teams to proactively make sure that their work incorporates appropriate measures to meet applicable environmental standards and help clients manage schedule risk.

Geoff has participated in various stages of the project life cycle including project conception, feasibility assessment, permitting, site development, and operational management. Geoff has extensive experience in managing the environmental and construction aspects of complex undertakings including commercial/industrial  development, linear infrastructure, brownfields redevelopment, industrial ports and small craft harbours, resource extraction, and renewable energy projects. He also provides technical advice for environmental site assessment, human health risk assessment, environmental impact assessment,  and remediation projects.

West Side Terminals Modernization - Saint John, NB

Dillon and project partner, Hatch Corporation, were retained by Port Saint John (PSJ) to lead the engineering design, planning, and permitting of the West Side Terminal Modernization Project. The Dillon/Hatch Joint Venture were selected for this project based on our knowledge and understanding of key project issues, experienced project team, local presence, and commitment to the clients vision and ultimate goal for the future.
