Welcome to Yellowknife, the Diamond Capital of North AmericaTM and the capital city of the Northwest Territories. We’re home to the first diamond mining operation in North America, and we are the territorial centre for major operations such as government, transportation, education, health and tourism.
Yellowknife is a city of charm, youth and opportunity. Our current population is approximately 20,000, with 36% of the population between the ages of 25-44. A defining characteristic of our office is the average age of 31 years.
Our team is composed of a diverse group of individuals who are part of many practices within Dillon. We have local presence in municipal engineering, water resource and natural environment management, building and facilities design, solid waste management, planning and development strategies, water/wastewater systems design, supported by administration personnel.
