1000 Days Towards Better Housing

Following the success of our Million Meals Campaign, our staff voted to select a new focus to align our efforts with another critical global need.

Our current Values in Action Initiative is the 1000 Days Towards Better Housing campaign. This campaign directly aligns with UN Sustainable Development Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities.

Our goal is to collectively donate 1,000 days of our time to help address the housing crisis and support the treatment of homelessness and its root causes across Canada. We will achieve this by leveraging both our Environmental and Community Investment Fund (ECIF) and our paid Values in Action hours, with the vision of dedicating our skills and time to create a long-term positive impact by ensuring more people have access to affordable and safe housing.

We believe that together, we can build more resilient, safer, and more sustainable communities.
