We are committed to operating our business in a manner that is aligned with our Core Values.

These values guide the projects we undertake, the communities in which we work, and the partners and suppliers we choose to rely on.

To reinforce this commitment, we refer to our collective actions to actively support community-focused projects that align with our core values as our “Values in Action” initiative. 

We empower our employees to drive change by allocating dedicated resources for community engagement. Every regular Dillon employee is given one full day of paid time each year to volunteer in a Values in Action initiative.
