Mobilizing Our People for Positive Change

At Dillon, our commitment to a sustainable future is rooted in our Sustainability Commitment 6 – we are committed to operating our business in a manner aligned with our Core Values. We believe that true corporate responsibility extends beyond our projects and into the communities we serve.

To reinforce this commitment, we refer to our collective actions to actively engage in and support community-focused projects that align with our values as our “Values in Action” initiative. 

How We Put Our Values to Work

We empower our employees to drive change by allocating dedicated resources for community engagement. Every regular employee is given one full day of paid time each year, to spend volunteering in a Values in Action initiative (also known as our paid Values in Action hours). By dedicating these hours, we are able to amplify the impact of our efforts and alignment with our sustainability goals.
