Bio

Darcy has over 20 years of experience in engineering consulting and project management. Prior to joining Dillon he was the president of a municipal engineering consulting firm in Atlantic Canada. He is involved principally as a municipal engineer while also focusing on water and wastewater, transportation and land development. Darcy leads our Government client sector group.

Dillon and project partner, Hatch Corporation, were retained by Port Saint John (PSJ) to lead the engineering design, planning, and permitting of the West Side Terminal Modernization Project. Cruise Ship Terminal - Port Saint John, NB

Port Saint John is Eastern Canada’s largest port with a diverse cargo base, handling an average of 28 million metric tons of cargo annually and globally connected to over 350 ports. Due to growth in the cruise ship industry and the need to respond to the Port’s clients’ changing needs, a $16.5M multidisciplinary project was approved that involved a review of the Port’s infrastructure complete with analysis of the Port’s berthing capacity for today’s cruise ships and the cruise ships of the future.
