Dillon’s culture is built around community involvement, employee mentorship and satisfaction. Sustainability is something that Dillon values, embraces as an organization, and continually improves upon. Our ECIF is one of the tools we use to give back to the communities where we work, live and play. The fund, which amounts to over 1% of pre-tax profits, encourages employees to develop and participate in community and environmental initiatives of their choosing. In 2016, 180+ ECIF initiatives took place nationally involving almost all employees.
