Dillon developed the Temagami First Nation Master Land Use Plan to describe how development, redevelopment, or preservation projects may best be carried out to contribute to economic development, cultural preservation and enhancement, and the character and future of Temagami Lands.
The project included significant community, youth, and Elder engagement as well as capacity building elements. The Land Use Plan is based on present conditions and projected community needs.
