David McKenna

Dave has over 30 years of experience in conceptual, pilot, detailed process and mechanical design, and operation of municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities. His past experience includes water withdrawal and discharge permitting in the Province of Alberta, and development of water management plans. He has been directly involved in establishing the water management planning, and the regulatory and permitting processes associated with water withdrawals and discharges for industrial oil and gas development.
