Doug Hartford

Doug has over 17 years of consulting experience on civil infrastructure and transportation related projects. Areas of focus include stormwater and sanitary sewer collection systems, culvert and roadway design and specialty technical projects for municipal, provincial, industrial and real estate clients. He has significant experience in project management, technical review, detailed design, tendering, contract administration and construction management. Doug routinely assists clients with short and long term capital planning and secures external project funding to advance projects from the concept stage through completion.
