Joe Cormier

Joe is a Professional Engineer with over ten years of experience in water resources engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Civil) from the University of New Brunswick. His technical background spans flood line mapping, marine and coastal projects, hydrologic and hydraulic assessments, and stormwater management planning and design. As Discipline Lead for Dillon’s Water Resources team, Joe is responsible for the technical direction, quality, and strategic growth of the discipline. On projects, he works primarily as project manager and technical reviewer, drawing on hands-on experience as a lead hydrologic and hydraulic modeler, stormwater system designer, and construction observer.
