With the growth that we have seen across this region along Lake Ontario, we were pleased to open our Guelph office in 2019. We are located in the oldest industrial building in town – The Granary Building. The office overlooks the Guelph GO Station and is a short walk to City Hall and downtown.

Dillon-reserved parking is available around the building on a first-come-first-served basis. If no parking is available, there is street parking with a two hour limit, or a municipal lot at 51 Fountain Street East for $3 per hour.

This office borders the main Guelph transit station. It is approximately a 3 minute walk away.

Accessing the office:
Office is locked to the public at all times. Please use the intercom at either the front or rear entrances. Dial 301 to reach reception. The office is located on the third floor and elevator or stair access available.
