City of Saskatoon Releases Climate Change Video

The City of Saskatoon Environmental Advisory Committee released a climate change video to remind city residents how climate change affects everyone globally and locally. The video speaks to more intense and frequent storm events and how these change affect municipal infrastructure. The City is committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions that contribute to climate change as they understand it also to be a municipal issue.

Kathryn Palmer, a civil/environmental engineer-in-training at Dillon, is a member of the advisory committee and co-authored the video. She has experience in environmental approvals, environmental regulatory compliance auditing, greenhouse gas inventories, air quality modelling/monitoring and environmental risk assessments.
