Dillon has had continually evolving quality management programs since the firm's inception in 1946. Dillon offices were registered to the ISO 9001 Standard from 1998 to 2010. Although the ISO program was instrumental in forming a solid procedural and documentation foundation for our quality management system, it tended to focus on compliance with the “mechanics” of quality rather than on fostering a culture of quality.
Our current program is based upon a quality management standard specifically prepared for Dillon and continues to evolve to suit our scope of services, company strategy, client needs and the use of technology. The Dillon Quality Standard is a set of no-nonsense, common sense principles for technical quality, health and safety, and sound financial management applicable to every Dillon employee and is the foundation for the Business Administration Manual, Dillon's Health and Safety Program and the Dillon Toolbox.
