Chatham is in the hub of the Municipality of Chatham-Kent, a community with a population of 110,000 made up of 23 smaller communities, each uniquely rich in culture, history and heritage. Rated one of Canada's Best Cities for Business by Canadian Business Magazine, we’re just an hour’s drive from Windsor, London, Sarnia and the Michigan border. Situated in the "Banana Belt", Chatham is surrounded by three beautiful bodies of water; Lake St. Clair, Lake Erie and Lake Huron. Our office is conveniently located adjacent to the Highway 401 corridor for easy access.
We provide a full range of services to both public and private sector clients. Our staff consists of mostly "hometown" talents and includes engineers, CAD designers, site observers and administrative staff. The newest addition to our services is traffic engineering and planning, which provides a full range of traffic surveying and analysis. Municipal drainage work is an important component of our work due to the significant amount of rural lands in southwestern Ontario. We undertake a variety of projects including municipal servicing for land development, road reconstruction, watermain installation, structural design for buildings and bridges and stormwater management.
