Bio

Rachel is an Environmental Engineer with more than 12 years of experience in contaminated site assessment, remediation and risk management, landfill monitoring, hydrogeology, environmental compliance and permitting. Rachel has completed Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments for agricultural, residential, commercial and industrial properties across Ontario to support financing, real estate, construction, site remediation, and land development. Rachel is a licensed Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) in the Province of Ontario and a Qualified Person for Environmental Site Assessment (QPESA) under Ontario's Records of Site Condition Regulation (O. Reg. 153/04) with the Ministry of the Environment. Rachel's project management experience includes site investigations for several properties listed in the Federal Contaminated Sites Inventory including remote fly-in communities, light stations, and Canadian Forces bases. Rachel has also managed a wide range of projects for municipalities, airports, and private corporations, supporting clients with environmental management, permits, regulatory compliance, site investigations, remediation and risk management.
