Bio
Kevin has over 8 years of experience in structural engineering with bridge design, construction, inspection, and maintenance for municipal, provincial, and City of Winnipeg clients. He has managed maintenance projects and also has considerable experience with large P3 infrastructure projects such as four years with the City of Winnipeg's Southwest Rapid Transit project which included management of a construction observation team and review of the Contractors quality management system. Kevin has considerable experience with technical specifications and reports, contract administration, contract law, dispute resolution, and risk management. Kevin's experience with risk management is further complimented by his involvement in the Dillon Quality Management System both at the local office and corporate levels.
