Bio

Bram has over eight years of experience in environmental and wastewater treatment engineering. He has provided support for process and hydraulics design, biological modelling, equipment selection, facility assessments and project management. He has experience with technical reporting and facilitating environmental approvals applications.

Little River Floodplain Mapping and Sandwich South Secondary Plan - Windsor, ON

Dillon was retained by the City of Windsor to provide updated Little River Floodplain Mapping from the 1985 limits and develop a stormwater management concept for the Sandwich South secondary plan area in conjunction with newly established floodplain limits. Both studies require a thorough examination of the hydrology and hydraulics of the Little River and its respective watershed.Read More

Surrounded almost entirely by water, the City of Windsor initiated the Sewer and Coastal Flood Protection Master Plan in response to several significant storm events that resulted in widespread basement and surface flooding throughout the City. Flooding has been a significant issue in the area, impacting thousands of people.Read More

Trail Waste Facility - Ottawa, ON

Dillon has been assisting the City of Ottawa in the management and operation of the Trail Waste Facility for over 25 years. The landfill serves the Ottawa area and is the city’s primary means of disposal for residential solid waste. We have assisted the City in numerous engineering studies and designs supporting the operation of the facility and closure of the former Nepean Landfill.

To accommodate growth in Picton, ON, replacement of the Picton Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) was required to provide additional treatment capacity. The existing plant was approaching its rated capacity and the site could not accommodate an expansion or upgrade. The new plant, commissioned and online in 2011, provides one of the highest levels of treatment in Ontario.
