A typical Ottawa Retrofit Accelerator engagement with Dillon is designed to be seamless and results-oriented:
1. Intake & Eligibility (1–2 Weeks) Eligibility check and Hydro Ottawa application support.
2. Carbon Pathway Study (4–8 Weeks) Emissions baseline, energy modeling, and a phased roadmap to Net-Zero.
3. Technical Feasibility (3–6 Weeks) Detailed engineering, business case development, and incentive identification.
4. Implementation Support (Ongoing) Tender documents, construction administration, and final commissioning.
