We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Brobbel to the new position of Director, Project Management, and the appointment of Crystal Cooper to the new position of Manager, Project Delivery Excellence.

In this new position, Mark will be part of the extended operations team and will be responsible for leading the development of the overall project management capacity/skills of the organization to meet our current and future needs; engaging and developing a team of project management specialists who will support both the accelerated development of PM skills and the improved performance of high-risk projects; and support the growth initiatives of our Business Units with project risk management processes.  

In her new position, Crystal will report to the Director, Project Management (Mark), and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of project management programs and initiatives that will be developed to support our sustainable growth and success through improved project delivery.  Crystal has been instrumental in the development and delivery of our recent project management program and related initiatives to help raise the bar for project management performance.
