The Surrey Bend Regional Park was honored with a 2018 Canadian Society of Landscape Architects (CSLA) Award of Excellence in the category for Large-scale Public Landscapes Designed by a Landscape Architect (over 5 ha). Dillon supported the project lead, space2place, by completing the detailed design of the civil infrastructure, stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation control, environmental mitigation, structural and electrical design to redevelop the park.
