Andrew Thalheimer and Scott Kyle at CENS 2018 Annual General Meeting

Andrew Thalheimer and Scott Kyle were at the Consulting Engineers of Nova Scotia (CENS) Annual General Meeting on May 31, 2018. Andrew was sworn in as the CENS president for the 2018-2019 term. He will be the fourth Dillon team member to hold this position. Scott was honoured with the Distinguished Service Award acknowledging his four years of service on the association’s board and committees, as well as serving as president for the 2014-2015 term.

Andrew Thalheimer is a partner and an environmental engineer with over 30 years of experience in contaminated site assessment and remediation. Scott is a partner and civil engineer with over 30 years of experience in waste management and municipal infrastructure design.
