Heather Swan was appointed a member of the Canadian Institute of Planners’ Indigenous Community Planning Committee. The committee was established in 2003 to “build capacity and support for Indigenous planning and community development across Canada”.
Heather is a partner at Dillon, professional engineer and registered professional planner. She is passionate about working with Indigenous communities. Her technical focus includes community planning, environmental assessments, impact assessments, infrastructure planning, engagement and Traditional Knowledge/Traditional Land Use planning.
