An Associate at Dillon, she has over 16 years of experience supporting project management teams at Dillon, responsible for implementing planning and control measures to monitor project progress, as well as resource utilization and cost/schedule control through earned value management. Her focus entails constant monitoring of project issues and tasks, facilitating reporting, and analyzing project team performance under the direction of the Project Manager.
