Canadian Coast Guard Awards Vessels of Concern Project

The Canadian Coast Guard awarded the Vessel of Concern Risk Assessment Methodology Development project to London Offshore Consulting and Dillon Consulting Limited. As part of the Ocean Protection Plan, the Government of Canada wants a risk-based methodology developed to assess and manage wrecked, abandoned, dilapidated and hazardous vessels (Vessels of Concern) in Canada.

London Offshore Consulting and Dillon Consulting Limited are partnering to develop this risk-based methodology. Dillon's role will be to develop the risk assessment framework, program the risk assessment tool and lead public engagement throughout Canada.
