Morgan Boyco and Paolo Mazza introduced VR at Public Engagement Conference

In early September, Morgan and Paolo hosted a workshop exploring the potentials of Virtual Reality (VR) technology for public engagement at the 2018 International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) North America Conference in Victoria, BC.

The session, “Virtual Reality: The Digital Frontier of Engagement”, offered a hands-on demonstration of VR for public engagement. Morgan and Paolo led participants through a facilitated dialogue about the potentials and challenges of this emerging technology for supporting effective community and stakeholder engagement for planning the built environment.
