Dillon staff will present at the Transportation Association of Canada Conference & Exhibition in St. John’s on September 26th, 2017. The presentation focuses on the P3 procurement process for the City of Winnipeg’s Southwest Transitway project. The Southwest Transitway is Winnipeg’s First Rapid Transit Corridor that is being completed in two stages. Stage 1 opened in 2012. Stage 2 follows the P3 procurement process and is the largest infrastructure investment undertaken by the City to date.
