Round the River Route Presented to the Public

The Round the River Route was presented at a public open house to provide accurate up-to-date information on the project. Dillon is working on the first of two design phases of the proposed 21.5 km multi-use trail route, in Chatham, ON. The route is being developed to increase user safety, reduce conflicts and delay for motorists, help manage congestion and reduce engine emissions, and support Municipality of Chatham-Kent objectives for sustainability. The local Dillon Chatham office team will lead an interactive cycle/walk public outing to generate public awareness and explain the rationale for design. Phase One design is scheduled for early summer 2017 with construction in the Fall of 2017. Further design details will be presented to the community at a later public meeting.
