The City of Prince Albert selected Dillon to develop an action strategy for their housing plan. The strategy will include an implementation plan and estimated capital budget figures using the 2012 Housing Plan’s priorities and actions as a starting point. This will allow for the implementation of current priorities, efficiently and effectively, across all aspects of the housing continuum.
The city is 141 km north of Saskatoon with approximately 45,182 residents, the third most populated in Saskatchewan. As a result of its location along major transportation corridors, Prince Albert has been deemed the “Gateway of the North” with continued growth pressure and regional investment straining current housing stock.
