The Lower Thames Valley Conservation Authority (LTVCA) partnered with Dillon’s Chatham office and Royal Bank of Canada for a community garden / parking lot beautification project. The project was promoted by Chatham Rotary through Clean Water for Living, as a best practice for it’s green infrastructure design to collect, filter and slowly release runoff. Dillon developed the plan and has committed to helping with the ongoing park upkeep. A ribbon cutting for the newly renovated and landscaped conservation centre took place on June 30th.
In March 2017, the Clean Water for Living video received an honourable mention at the WaterDocs festival.
