A Dillon team will present at the 2015 OAIA conference October 20-21 at the Faculty Club of the University of Toronto, Ontario. Don McKinnon and Jennifer Ahluwalia, along with Anneliese Grieve (Arcadis Canada), Ken Dion (Toronto Region Conservation Authority) and Clark Gunter (MMM), will examine innovative approaches to addressing climate change in Environmental Assessments.
Don is an associate and planner with more than 20 years’ experience in the preparation of environmental impact assessments, socio-economic analyses, community consultation, land-use planning studies, environmental guideline preparation and environmental training. He has extensive experience with both provincial and federal environmental assessment processes and preparing EAs that address these processes.
Jennifer is a partner with over 15 years’ experience in air quality assessments to support regulatory compliance documentation for permitting, reporting and environmental assessments. She has also supported the development of regulatory policy and management systems, the conceptual design of mitigation measures, approvals negotiation and public consultation.
