The City of London’s upgrade to the Vauxhall Pollution Control Plant (PCP) was recently featured in the article, “Saving the River Thames” in the Canadian Consulting Engineer magazine, June/July 2015 issue. The PCP had been overwhelmed by extra stormwater flows during wet weather. Dillon provided the design of the upgrades to the plant to resolve the situation.
