David Marsh was elected as President of the Board of Directors, Prairies Chapter, International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) Canada
on March 2, 2015. IAP2
is an association of professionals in the field of public participation (P2), who seek to promote and improve the practice in relation to individuals, governments, institutions and other entities that affect the public interest in Canada and around the world. David has previously served on the Prairies Chapter Board of Directors as a Vice President.
David Marsh is an associate and planner at Dillon with over 16 years’ experience. He has been involved in a wide array of planning endeavours, from development entitlement processes, development plans, secondary/neighbourhood plans, zoning by-laws, policy planning, rapid transit and public participation in planning. He has significant experience in public outreach and engagement.
