Scott Kyle and Miriam Marshall are representing Dillon at the the 43rd Annual Recycling Council of British Columbia (RCBC) Conference, “Summit of Solutions”, held in Whistler from June 21st to 23rd. The overarching goals of the council are reducing waste and building a circular economy. The conference offers progressive programming, featuring best practices, theory and innovations from BC, Canada, and beyond.
Scott will present on the growing waste management challenge for municipalities across Canada - illegal dumping and littering - and participate in a panel discussion, along with representatives of BC Ministry of Environment, Metro Vancouver and the City of Surrey, on best practices to address the issue.
