David Krahn was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Association of Consulting Engineering Companies (ACEC) Manitoba. The award recognizes his leadership, achievements and contributions to consulting engineering and the community.
Dave is a professional engineer and retired Dillon partner with over 40 years of experience in the planning, design and construction administration of a broad range of transportation facilities including highways, interchanges, arterial roads, transit, airport runways, taxiways and aprons. He has been a project manager or senior designer for numerous functional planning projects, transit improvement studies, route location and feasibility studies, detailed design assignments, as well as having participated in numerous public consultation programs. Some of his most recent award-winning projects include the Southwest Transitway and the Waverley West Arterial Roads Project.
