Dennis Kar chairs the Small System Roundtable at the Ontario Transportation Expo on April 11. The roundtable discusses the applicability of on-demand dynamic transit service models in small systems.
Dennis is an associate and leads Dillon's integrated mobility technical service line. He has over 16 years of experience in transit systems and community transportation. Dennis has participated in a number of conventional and specialized transit master plans, business plans, community transportation studies and coordination strategies.
