Bill Allison and Mark Hunter were published in the Consulting Engineers of Ontario (CEO) Plus Delta, 2016 Fall/Winter Edition. Bill Allison is a member of the CEO’s board of directors and is chair of CEO’s Business Risk Committee and contributed to “The Three Deadly Sins of RFPs” by Jim Peters. The article illustrates the need for the process and development of requests for proposals (RFPs) to be given the consideration and time they deserve. Mark Hunter authored “How Great Client Experience Creates Ultimate Clients” that discusses the importance of client relationships to project delivery.
Bill is a partner and civil engineer with extensive experience in completing all types of infrastructure projects including landfill expansions, water and wastewater treatment and delivery projects, facility development and infrastructure planning design and construction. He has managed and completed complex and contentious environmental assessments, design and construction for all types of infrastructure, including landfill/solid waste, water supply, wastewater conveyance and treatment, roads and stormwater.
Mark is an associate and directs Dillon’s marketing and communications team. He has over 15 years marketing strategy and client experience, brand management, client relationship management (CRM) strategies, critical communications and digital media.
