Dillon environmental scientists presented at RemTech 2015 held from October 14-16 in Banff, Alberta. Heather Fisher showcased the assessment, design and remediation of the Cambridge Bay Airport apron area and fire training area. Nanci Beaupre discussed Dillon’s work for the Manitoba Floodway and East Side Road Authority on contaminated and impacted sites in northern communities of Manitoba as part of the All-season Roads project along the eastern shore of Lake Winnipeg.
Heather is an associate, environmental engineer and project management professional with over 15 years’ experience in contaminated site assessment and remediation, regulatory reporting programs, property risk/due diligence assessments and compliance auditing.
Nanci is an environmental technologist with over 7 years’ experience with petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soils, groundwater and surface water. Her experience includes managing the field component of Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments including groundwater monitoring and sampling, soil sampling, soil vapour sampling, well installations, hydraulic conductivity testing, horizontal and vertical land elevation surveys, daylighting, test pitting, data logging, site supervision and coordinating drilling.
