Quality Assurance

While quality advice from a technical consultant is what you expect, it can’t be taken for granted. And it shouldn’t be defined as simply error-free work. Yes, you expect highly qualified professionals like us to deliver solutions that work. But you want those solutions to be just right for your needs; a Honda when that is what is required, a Lexus when that is called for. You also want your consultants to be responsive, understanding, helpful and available. And you want the fee charged to be appropriate to the value received.

At Dillon, we define quality in this way. And deliver it. We can say that because we measure, on an ongoing basis, how we’re doing through in-depth interviews with a cross-section of our clients. We have learned that we’re not perfect, but our clients have learned that we are not complacent. The standard of quality that we have set for ourselves is ambitious: we want at least 90% of our clients to rate us in the top 10% of their consultants.
