Reception / Administrative Assistant

Location: Oakville

Responsibilities:

• Reception duties for the office including client interaction, mail and courier arrangements, meeting arrangements, along with other general reception related activities

• Word processing and document production duties, including preparation of reports and letters, photocopying, scanning and binding

• Assistance with coordination of proposals, including assembly of marketing materials, coordinating information among team members, along with other activities as required

• Maintenance of office filing systems, archiving and office libraries

• Maintenance of office supplies and office equipment

• Assistance with coordination of staff travel arrangements

• Assistance with maintaining Dillon business procedures and policies

• Assistance with other duties as assigned by the office administrator or office manager

Qualifications:

• Two to three years office administration related experience

• Post-secondary education in an administrative related program is preferred

• Proficient in the use of MS Office 2010 software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe

• Excellent word processing and document formatting skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

• Knowledge of other office scheduling or project management software programs would be considered advantageous
